THIS IS WHERE THE MUSIC PLAYS
GaPa Live means musical entertainment mainly in the Michael-Ende-Kurpark in Garmisch, but also in the Kurpark Partenkirchen and in some other wonderful places in and around Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
- Michael-Ende-Kurpark Richard-Strauß-Platz 1, Garmisch-Partenkirchen
In the heart of Garmisch lies the Michael-Ende-Kurpark with its old gnarled trees, magnificent flower beds and a colorful water lily pond. Most Musik im Park events take place in its concert shell when the weather is fine. If the weather doesn't cooperate, there is no longer any need to move to the adjacent Richard Strauss concert hall. A tent roof has recently been installed for guests.
- Kurpark Partenkirchen Schnitzschulstraße 19, Garmisch-Partenkirchen
The Partenkirchen music band can be heard every Wednesday in the Kurpark Partenkirchen. In addition to a concert shell, the Partenkirchen Kurpark is also home to the Richard Strauss Institute.
